Designed in 1961 by Robert Welch for Old Hall. The 'Alveston' design won the prestigious Design Centre Award as well as the The Duke of Edinburgh's Prize for Elegant Design, both in 1965. The simplicity of design makes this set as relevant today as it was 60 years ago.

The set is presented in its original teak presentation case which is in excellent order, apart from one dark mark on the front (please see images for details).
