The chair was made in 1968 (there is a date and indistinct makers stamp underneath the seat) and has been stripped and re-upholstered in a grey tweed fabric with contrasting black faux leather arm rests.
The grey metal frame does show some signs of age (please see images). We have cleaned and waxed the metal to ensure no further deterioration. The counter-balance design offers a slight bounce to the chair which makes it exceedingly comfortable to sit in.
All the upholstery complies to current UK and EU fire safety regulations.
